The brick laying has begun. We spent Saturday doing the prep work with Anna's help, but then when she finally went down for her nap, we got to finalize and start to lay the bricks...
From this picture we actually got the middle filled in, but still have more than half to do (it will go along the new deck toward the front of the house as well. We ran out of day light and weekend. So, we shall continue again soon. It is finally starting to take shape and we are so excited about it!
