Our Easter weekend started Friday night when we got home from our girls night fun and Daddy got home from work. We started with coloring our eggs, very serious business at our house!
Anna got a tie-dye set and Claire picked a block colors set, so we had some tricky eggs to color.
Claire was very focused.
Tie-dying eggs is very time consuming.
Claire's final product.
Anna's masterpieces!
Saturday morning we got up and headed to the Easter egg hunt at the fire station. They divide the kids into age alike groups and then set them off to hunt. Claire was not so sure about the experience...
But when the horn sounded, she went for the eggs.
Even in this mass chaos that was called the 0-3 age group. People are crazy for Tootsie Roll filled eggs....
The girls enjoyed checking out what they got!
Then I asked for a sister picture by the tree like we did last year. They looked uninterested....
So I asked for a hug and I got this cute gem!
Easter morning the girls were excited to see the Easter Bunny had visited.
We went to church in our cute Easter spring dresses, but it was a bit cool for them!
It was a wonderful week long break ending with the joyful weekend of Easter. We got to head back to school on Monday and kick off the last quarter of the school year!
