Last week on Thursday, our little ClaireBear turned 3! She has been looking forward to being 3 for a really long time, so it was a HUGE deal when the day finally arrived. She was beyond excited!
Her latest craze is Minions, so of course we had to wrap her presents appropriately.
She didn't wake up until 8:00 on her birthday, though, so she had to wait until Daddy got home to open up her presents!
We did a special breakfast of egg burritos with candles to make up for the wait!
She did get to open one present that morning. She got her own wallet and it had MONIES inside! She was pretty proud to have her own now too!
At her request, we had Five Guys for supper....
And Cold Stone for dessert!
When we finally got home, she got to open her presents!

And she got a double stomp rocket. Both girls had a great time playing with this new toy!
Even Dad had fun....so much fun he had to get the ladder out to get his rocket off the roof!
My birthday girl!
She was doing her "birthday dance" she said.
It was a great day celebrating Claire. She really ate up being the birthday girl. The night before we had cupcakes with neighbors and she asked for a 2nd one, our response was "Sure, you're the birthday girl!" When she asked for a 3rd cupcake and was denied, her response, "But it's my birthday!" She loved being the "happy girl" for a day!
