It's been a while since our last update...but here are our 4th of July highlights.
For the 3rd of July, we spent some time making a fun dessert...the girls put in some hard work and creativity to make a beautiful cake.
After the cake baked, we set it out to cool and we headed for a picnic lunch in the park.

Castle park is the current favorite park of the summer!
Our cake to celebrate the 4th turned out pretty fun:
Daddy was home on the 4th for us to enjoy the day together. We stayed home most of the day, and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and watched fireworks from our backyard.
