One of Anna's Christmas presents was a gift card to Toys-R-Us. So we went the other day to make a selection or two. We let Anna lead the way and we looked at dolls and many other toys, but when she spotted the bag of real life sized fake fruit, she instantly grabbed it off the shelf and said "All done." Apparently our mission was over and she was ready to leave. She was thrilled to get some real fruit for her kitchen.

I think it was the banana that sold her on the bag of fruit. She loves bananas.

Of course, she definitely enjoys a cookie now and then :)
(And the fruit didn't take up her whole gift card, we also talked her into some playdough...but it was a tough sell...apparently you can't beat fake fruit!)
