We are so happy to be able to say it's Spring Break week at our house!! We have a whole week to hang out at home and do lots of fun things and we've started off well!!
This past weekend we had our good friends Lindsay and Andy up to visit us--always a fun time to hang out with them!
Sunday was a nice day outside so while Mommy was cleaning and getting ready for our open house, Anna enjoyed her Oreo outside on the deck--where in her words "she wouldn't make crumbs." (She's gotten pretty well trained with this whole "keeping the house in tip top shape at all times.")
Monday was a cold day and we just enjoyed the day at home, cuddling with blankets and movies.
Today we ventured out for a beautiful day at the zoo! Anna hadn't been to the zoo for a while, so she was really excited!
She loved climbing up on the rocks to get really close to the animals for a good view!

Here her expression really doesn't show her excitement she had for the dolphin show--but she LOVED the dolphins and was disappointed when they had to go back into the tanks in the back where you can't see them.

I think one of the other favorites of the day (besides the dolphins) were any place she could find a turtle. She stood by this tank for a long time checking out the turtles.

I was REALLY impressed with her bravery here--this is a picture of her touching the corn snake! I am not a fan of snakes at all, so I was totally impressed with her!
And before we left, we had to check out the penguins just one more time!
It was a great day at the zoo!
Tomorrow we have plans to meet Oliver at the park and play and we have other things on the schedule for the week--especially just relaxing and enjoying some time off!
