Quotes from Anna

Anna's current favorite movie is "Little Mermaid," right now...and we have a little movie quoter on our hands....

Today she responded to something I said with this:  I'm sixteen years old.  I'm not a child.  For anyone not well versed in Little Mermaid, that's what Ariel says when King Tritan forbids her to go up to the surface again....

After we had a good laugh about her quoting this part, she then said, "Mommy, how about you be Ariel's Daddy and I'll be Ariel."  I asked, "What does he say?"  And her response cracked us up even more, "I forbid you to go to the circus again." 

Circus and Surface sound similar...makes sense :) 

Perhaps she's seen the movie a few too many times...
