Fall Harvest Orchard is by far Anna's favorite orchard to check out every fall. Sadly, this is the last season for Fall Harvest as they are closing down for family reasons. Super sad, but we were able to get out there one more time this year. Anna has been asking about it over and over again and finally got to go and hold her favorite baby chickens!
She was in heaven!
Claire wanted nothing to do with the chickens at first. She squirmed her way quickly out of the chicken house.
Anna also loves to feed the goats. She's very particular about feeding the little ones, not the big pushy ones.
Claire refused to feed the goats at first too, but then did get brave enough to have one little one lick some feed out of her hand. It was very fast though, barely enough time for a picture.
After goats, we headed off to the corn bins.
This was more Claire's style. She loved playing in the corn!
Checking out the cows. They were big and looking for apples.
As you can see, Claire wasn't a fan.

Again, no animals is more Claire's style these days.
Anna on the other hand, goat whisperer.
After a few trips into the goat pens, Claire did finally get up the nerve to pet one. And she liked it.
She even liked the chickens the second time through.
It was a great day at the orchard. We will miss visiting this place next year, but we'll find some other great places I'm sure.
