This past weekend Anna got to go to a birthday party for her friend Izzy at the Skating Rink! It was her first time skating and she loved it!
Skates on and helmet too....
Up on her feet....looking a little uncertain.
And she's down. For the first of many falls. She was a great sport, kept getting right back up and going.
She found her way to the wall and stuck to it for a bit, but then braved out again and made it all the way around. Notice, she wasn't alone on the wall!
The three of them decided to venture out together...
Eventually, many of the girls got these handy skater helpers and then they were all cruising!

After Anna was comfortable skating, we left her to party and took Claire out for lunch, all by herself. She was super excited to be an 'only' for a couple hours, but was very concerned about when we would be going back to get Anna.
I think she was pretty pumped about her dessert!
