Anna with pancake in her mouth and on her tray.
We don't have any new pictures from this weekend to post. It wasn't a good weekend for picture taking...
Anna started getting a cough on Thursday night, into Friday and of course her usual runny nose. We worked hard to keep her hydrated, keep her humidifier going, etc...but that darn cough got the best of her on Saturday. We were out running errands, had a great lunch with friends, and everything was going well...then we were at our last errand and I picked Anna up and she was on fire. It had only been about a 20 minute drive since the last time we held her...so we headed straight home. Got home, took her temp, 102.7. Poor girl. She was definitely not feeling well. We had another bottle, rested for a while, called the nurse line and they said just keep hydrating her. So after a dose of Tylenol and some more beverages and sleep, she woke up this morning bright eyed and ready to PLAY! She was so full of energy this morning, it was as though she had been storing it up for days!
The cough is still lingering, but the temp is back under control and she is obviously back her to old self. Tonight is the big Viking's game and since Anna is feeling better her friend Oliver is going to come over tonight to play while the parents watch the game (and the kids too :-) ).
Those are mighty small pancakes...
