Sweet Sassy Molassy!

Eight months old and we seem to have reached a turning point.  Miss Claire is no longer in need of our assistance in eating or moving.  She's determined to get places on her own and feed herself.  Little Miss certainly has an attitude about her.  Oh, she still has those sweet dimples to keep her out of trouble, but sister has a squeal, both a happy and a frustrated one.  A squeal that might just beat the screeches her older sister used to (and sometimes still does) make.

The squeal/screech has been coming out more and more, especially in the past few days.  The squeal comes in many varieties.  The...

1.  I'm having fun squeal.
2.  I'm mad and you better let me have that toy back right now squeal.
3.  I think that's funny squeal.
4.  I am stuck squeal.
5.  There's the kitty squeal.
6.  I need more food on my tray squeal.
7.  You need to help me walk squeal.
8.  I can't figure out how to get down the step squeal.
9.  I don't want to go in my car seat squeal.
10.  I want to pull your hair squeal.
11.  I really want to play with your phone squeal.

The list could go on....

And it's a very high pitched, loud, long squeal.  You can definitely tell a difference between the squeals.

Oh, but those dimples, she's so cute...
