Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day weekend we headed south to spend time with our families in Iowa.  

Friday night and Saturday were spent enjoying time with Grandpa and Grandma F.  We got to see cousin Will and family on Saturday along with the Great-Grandparents.  We had a lot of fun, as always, and time flew by!  

Saturday night we enjoyed grilling with Uncle James and everyone on Mommy's side of the family.  There was a family reunion with Grandpa Dave's family that we got to attend on Sunday at Uncle James' house again (he's quite the host!).  We don't get to see this side of the family all together very often so it was a special day.  Everyone was able to make it and everyone had fun, despite the cold and rainy weather.  We got some great pictures of the little kids playing together and of course had to get some photos of the family units!  Enjoy!

It was a fun weekend.  We headed home on Sunday evening and the girls slept most of the way!  We had Monday at home to get ready for a busy week...the last week of school!
