Summer is starting to go more quickly than I would like. We have been enjoying our days at home together. We go to the library every week, play in our pool, lounge in our jammies, have picnics, play at parks.....on and on. Sometimes we take random pictures that capture some of our fun....sometimes we don't. Emptying our camera card I found a few gems from our past couple weeks.
These next two pictures make me laugh, mostly because I had asked Anna to go stand by Claire because she wanted me to take a picture of them in their matching jammies...but this is what it turned into...
"Claire pinched me!"
And then Claire gets an angry face too.
The girls love each other very much, but there is a lot of pinching, pushing, and hair pulling....by Claire and tears from Anna. Poor Anna, Claire is such a bully! And I captured it all on film!

It's hard to see, but here is Anna flying her kite. It gets up really high in our yard. The lack of trees makes wind and storms sound much worse than they are in our house, but also makes for a great kite flying yard! Pros and cons :)

A rare moment caught on camera--Claire in the pool. She normally will not get in the pool. She loves water, loves to splash, but despises being put in the water.
She will only stand, never sit in the water.
And minutes after this was taken, started crying and wanted out again.
She loves to play next to the pool.
Anna on the other hand is in the pool like a fish. We even set up our slide so she could have a "water slide!"
Lots of summer fun. Up next on our summer adventure, a trip to the zoo and a girls only road trip to see good friends and family! We'll be sure to capture our next adventures on camera!
