Summer

Summer is here!  

We decided to start summer with a potty training session.  Here's the cute 'student' in her plastic pant cuteness, headed outside to check on the baby birds.

Today we went on a bike ride and toured local parks.  We rode all the way back to our old town where Anna's favorite park, 'circle park,' is located.  Claire seemed to enjoy circle park as well.  

Sister has gotten so much more fun to watch on the playground as she ventures onto more difficult apparatus.  She did almost all of the monkey bars at one of the parks we stopped at.    

On our bike ride home we stopped at the farm to check out the chickens and cows.  

This guy was on the trail as we neared home.  We had to stop and take a picture.  

We rode a total of about 13 miles today, the girls were cozy in the trailer and we packed a lunch.  It was a beautiful day, great trails to ride on and the girls both fell asleep for a few minutes on the way home.  

Once we got home we did some room cleaning and rearranging and funny pictures together.  

The girls at our house are having an excellent summer.  We are enjoying our adventures.  Tomorrow we have a water day planned for Claire's birthday with a few friends who are coming over to enjoy the day as well.
