Mother's Day is my day to choose and I chose a day with my favorite people...on a bike ride.

We rode all the way to a drive-in for lunch. It was a 15 mile round trip ride and everyone made it the whole way. It was an awesome day!
When we got home, first thing from Anna's mouth, "Now can we play some basketball?!" Sister has some energy!
They may have been a little tired...
It was a great day for a ride followed by an afternoon of planting the gardens and yard work. Quote of the day came from Anna....she was helping me a LOT in the garden and I commented on how helpful she was being. Her response, "Well Mom, it is Mother's Day." I asked if it were a normal day, would she be helping this much, and her honest answer, "I would help, but probably not this much." At least she knows it's an important day :)
