Today is Anna's 2 month birthday! It's amazing how fast time has gone! We celebrated this morning with a 2 month check up at the doctors. She checked out very well. Her new stats:
Height: 24.5 inches, 95+ percentile (this was a little off the charts so they just said above 95 percent)
Weight: 12 pounds, 12 ounces, 90 percentile
Head: 40.25 cm, 88 percentile
She is growing like a weed!
She also got her first round of shots today; she didn't much care for that at all. But she calmed down quickly afterwards and is now sleeping happily.
The rest of our week looks fairly low key with a fun BBQ on Friday with friends Scott and Anne. Yesterday we had a great lunch with my friends Amy and Jessica from school. It was a fabulous time; although Anna was a little restless about sitting around for a couple hours, she wanted to be moving as always! She's a mover and a shaker!
I'll try and post some pictures of her on her 2 month birthday later today or later this week, I'm not going to disturb her current state of slumber. She needs her rest after all the excitement of the morning. We're planning to go this weekend and get professional 2 month pictures done since we haven't really done that yet. Hopefully Anna's up for being the star of the show, as always!
