Anna's Great-Grandparent's (Brian's Grandparents) got Anna this fun little saucer for her to enjoy and she has finally reached a point where she can hold her head up and loves to be in a standing position and has really been enjoying it. One of the little attractions of the saucer is this great ducky that actually floats in water in the bubble shown below. It's really kind of cool; it splashes around as she moves and she is completely enthralled by it. Here is a little picture story of Anna and her rubber ducky.
The Rubber Ducky

"How do I get that rubber ducky out of there?"

She spends some time hitting at the globe...

But doesn't seem to have much luck...he just keeps splashing about.

"
Hmmm...I have an idea..." (Note the drool coming from her mouth--this must be a good plan.)

"I'll have to sneak up on him..."

"Boo! I'm going to get you!"

"I still can't seem to get to him; there is a force surrounding him that I cannot cross..."

"I give up."
Perhaps someday Anna will figure out how to get to the ducky; although I hope that's not someday soon.
