Last time we were in Iowa, Aunt Kate gave Anna a stuffed penguin named Waddles. Anna LOVES Waddles. She loves to chew on his beak mostly, but she gives him hugs sometimes too! She has taken him to Sandra's for Show and Tell already too!

It's been a nice lazy day at home...kind of. Daddy is home sick so right now Anna and Daddy are both taking naps. Anna and I ran out this morning to get a Magic Bullet because yesterday when I was making squash baby food for Anna I apparently killed our blender. Everyone says the Magic Bullet is the way to go for baby food making, so we're going to give that a shot this afternoon. We have the squash from yesterday to finish up, more squash waiting to be cooked, peas, beans, and apples all lined up and ready to be pureed and frozen! Should be an exciting afternoon!
Cute pictures Chris! I also killed our blender due to my first attempt at baby squash! I'm borrowing my sister-in-law's food processor for the weekend, but have been looking into the Magic Bullet as well. Let me know what you think of it!
