Pumpkin Patch and Apple Orchards

Tonight we went out in search of Anna's first Halloween Pumpkin. It was a successful trip, filled with apple picking, apple cider, apple donuts, and of course a pumpkin!

Really helps to have a TALL dad to reach those top apples for you!

We may have started a tradition with this picture. The top of the sign says, "How Tall this Fall?" She loved standing by the big apple.

And of course we couldn't pass up this cute put-your-head-through sign.

Anna's pumpkin was 15 pounds...close to the same weight as her! She was very good on the trip to the orchard and patient as we picked apples. It was a beautiful day out and was the start of a fun family tradition.

**Sorry for the abundance of posts tonight...but when I have the time to post, I might as well take advantage of it! Plus, we had so many great things to show pictures of!

This week is looking like an easy one...but Monday morning hasn't hit yet! We are going to Iowa next weekend so we'll be doing laundry and packing starting Wednesday night. It will be a fun trip though, Anna will get to meet more family that she hasn't seen yet and have her first Christmas celebration a little early!
