Yesterday was Daddy's 30th birthday! So we celebrated by going to his favorite place...Dave and Busters...Chuck-E-Cheese for big kids :) We even surprised him with a few surprise guests. He knew we were going, but thought it was just going to be a few friends, little did he know Anna and Mommy are sneaky! He was very surprised and had a very nice evening. It got a little late for Anna, but she was a trooper, had a blast and was even up at 6:30 this morning! She loved Dave and Busters...she played some games, ate some food, won some prizes...it was a great place for both her and Brian :) We didn't get too many pictures from last night, but I'll post a few.

Sadly, those are all the photos I got from the night. But we'll definitely have more after this weekend! It was a wonderful evening and we enjoyed seeing everyone!
Now our focus will shift to another birthday...Anna's first birthday a week from Saturday!
Before we do that though, we're heading back to Iowa this weekend for Mother's Day and cousin Will's baptism. Hopefully the trip goes smoothly and we get in early on Friday evening. We're excited to see everyone and Anna's ready to impress everyone with her mad walking skillz! She's becoming such a big girl...she was cruising all over last night. She's also really gotten a lot less shy. Last night she was going with whomever would take her around to play the games! (*Note-we did not let her go with people we didn't know!) Hopefully this weekend she's just as brave!
