On Monday evening, after dinner with the girls from school, Anna and I met daddy at the mall (he was doing his Christmas shopping) to see Santa. We got there about 10 till 6 and Santa had just left to take a 45 minute break. Super. But Anna was in good spirits so we stood in line and waited for him to get back. She got a little restless toward the end and I thought for sure we were going to get a crying Anna with Santa picture, but to our surprise, Anna LOVED Santa and was very happy to see him. I was lucky to get this picture of her looking at the camera because she was in awe of Santa; she really loved his beard.
Most of the time in his lap was spent like this...staring up at his jolly face and beard.
After a visit with Santa and his advice to be a good girl, we headed back home for a
good night's sleep...
Hopefully, Santa will visit our house despite the upcoming blizzard!
