Our Visit to Polk Street Perks

Today Anna and Mommy ventured up north to see our friends in Blaine. We went to Quarve's house, also known as Polk Street Perks, her own personal coffee shop name. We had a nice little brunch and spent time with Grandma Jan, Quarve, her kitties, and Chancey the cutest border collie who loves to play.

Chancey and Anna playing on the floor. Anna LOVED Chancey, she loved playing with her toys and LOVED when Chancey would get close, or drop her ball next to Anna as if Anna were going to throw it for her. She was a very nice puppy.

As you probably noticed, Anna was wearing her ISU gear in preparation for the bowl game tomorrow night. Quarve is a big Gopher fan, so that might have had a little to do with her outfit....but Quarve fixed that, she gave her a Gopher shirt for Christmas. She'll have to wear that sometime when they aren't playing the Cyclones. She also got a cute little My First Christmas ornament from Grandma Jan. It was a very nice visit and we can't wait for our next school break so we can plan another one! We love our visits to Blaine...
